Photo Tips

• Using a digital camera will produce a better quality of photo for creating a photo card.  Use the highest possible resolution setting.
• If scanning a photo set your resolution at least at 300 pdi.
• We will perform a certain amount of photo enhancements for you here.  We will crop, zoom, remove red eye, clear blemishes.  If you have something specific that you would like fixed, talk to us.  We will see if we can do it.
• In most cases, we are able to adjust the lighting on your pictures.  Lighting is very important in a good picture so make sure it is good.  We have a couple of articles in our library that may help you.    You can find them here:

• If your camera has an auto focus option, use it to achieve better results.  Blurry photos are hard, if not impossible,  to touch up.
